I suppose you are looking for an answer more sophisticated than “we didn’t track attendance.”


Well, ok - basically this can mean one of three things:

  1. The event was one where we DID track attendance, but we haven't yet synched our scanners.  Typically, we have updated our scanners within seven days of the event.
  2. The event was one where we DID track attendance, but there has been some kind of data loss, and to protect those whose data was lost from having a negative score, we have inactivated tracking for that event.
  3. The event was one where attendance was not tracked.  Even if you saw 1iota staff scan your ticket, that is sometimes simply to ensure that your tickets are valid in our system.


But, any way you slice it, it doesn't hurt your attendance score.  It is possible that we WILL be tracking the attendance later, and we always recommend checking your attendance score a week or so after an event.  If it is still Not Tracked after about a week or so, then we will not be tracking attendance for the event.
