Yes, provided the service animal meets the ADA definition that defines it as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability and the presence of the dog is otherwise acceptable to the event organizer and venue operator. The tasks performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.

Please note that emotional support, therapy, comfort, companion animals or service-animals-in-training are not considered service animals under the ADA. If you intend to bring a service animal to an event, please contact us in advance by sending an email to accessibility@1iota.com or call (657) 999-3387 so that we can help determine if there are any issues with your attendance at the event with a service animal and help coordinate your attendance with a service animal with the event organizer and venue operator.
